Youth Information Chat
Get support through our online chat service. Get answers to your questions through our Youth Information Chat service. The chat puts you in contact with a Youth Information Officer who can give you the answers you need and point you in the right direction. You can get in touch with a Youth Information Officer who can help you via our easy-to-use online chat service or via WhatsApp. Simply click the link below, fill out your information with your question, and start chatting. The chat service is available between 4pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Text About It
‘Text About It’ by spunout is a free, anonymous, 24/7 messaging service providing everything from a calming chat to immediate support for mental health and wellbeing. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
‘Text About It’ provides a safe space where you’re listened to by a trained volunteer. You’ll message back and forth, only sharing what you feel comfortable with. By asking questions, listening to you and responding with support, they will help you sort through your feelings until you both feel you are now in a calm, safe place.
